Free Download: Weekly Fitness Goal Tracker

They say that when you write down your goals, your odds of succeeding are significantly greater than if you do not. At the office we are having a 6-week wellness competition where we wear pedometers and aim to record a minimum of 10,000 steps per day. It is funny how motivating something so simple can be.
